1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate any site/venue owners’, vendors’, or agents’ rules, which are available from the official ticket agent. Holding a ticket confirms your acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. The term “Event” refers to any individual Tropical Takeover Ayia Napa 2025 event, multiple events, or all events under this name, depending on the context.
3. “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Tropical Takeover” refers to Tropical Takeover LTD and its representatives, employees, and subcontractors.
4. We may impose necessary restrictions or conditions before and during the Event to ensure safety. You must follow instructions from Event staff and stewards. Failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.
5. Admission may be refused, or individuals may be removed from the Event without refund for reasons including public safety concerns (e.g., moshing, crowd surfing), disruptive behaviour, damage, or violation of these T&Cs.
6. Liquids, gels, and lotions are prohibited, including drinks in sealed containers. Small plastic or paper containers (100ml or less) of sunscreen, perfume, and makeup are allowed. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Non-compliant items will be confiscated.
7. Tickets grant access to the Event, but the lineup and attractions are subject to change.
8. The Event is a bag-restricted zone. Only bags smaller than an A4-sized piece of paper are allowed. Bag-free attendees will experience faster entry.
9. Unauthorized trading or promotional activities at the Event are prohibited without written consent. Items with unapproved logos must be surrendered.
10. By attending, you consent to your likeness being recorded in any media for security, promotional, or commercial use, including CCTV and police/security recordings.
11. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the Event.
12. These T&Cs are subject to change. Updates will be posted on the Event website.
13. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage at the Event unless directly caused by our negligence. Personal property is brought at your own risk.
14. Any damage to Event property, infrastructure, or harm to others may lead to prosecution.
15. These T&Cs are governed by English law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
1. Refunds are only issued if:
o The Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled (a partial cancellation may result in a proportional refund).
o The Event undergoes a material change (i.e., a fundamental alteration that significantly differs from the advertised Event). Lineup changes, bad weather, or performance delays are not considered material changes.
2. Refunds must be requested within three months of the Event via the original ticketing provider.
3. Booking fees and order fees are subject to the terms of the ticket agent and may not be refundable.
4. We are not liable for personal expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation) if the Event is canceled or altered.
1. Except where permitted by consumer protection laws (e.g., Consumer Credit Act 1974), you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes against us.
2. If you default on an agreed payment plan, you must not dispute or chargeback the transaction unless legally entitled.
3. If you purchase XCover.com booking protection, claims must be pursued directly with XCover. We are not responsible for denied claims.
4. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using these T&Cs as proof.
1. A £30 non-refundable fee applies to ticket name changes.
2. The lead booker can request a one-time name change per ticket before July 1st, 2025by providing:
o Original ticket holder’s details
o New ticket holder’s full name, date of birth, contact information, gender, nationality, and country of residence
3. All outstanding payments must be completed before requesting a name change.
4. Name change requests may be declined at our discretion.
5. The name change fee does not guarantee approval, and no refunds will be provided if denied.
